Kehnesha founded and leads BizCoWorks Advisors after years of consulting with business owners and seeing the same gap again and again: clients who had built a business still didn’t have their own health, life, or property & casualty coverage in place. That’s what led her to expand into insurance — so the people she serves, and their families, are fully protected, not just their business. As an owner-operator herself across healthcare, consulting, and education, she understands the pressures clients carry firsthand, and her work with seniors and individuals with intellectual disabilities shapes her focus on making sure people never lose the coverage they depend on.

We’re a small and mighty team, led by Kehnesha and made up of a mix of licensed agents, Benefit Advisors, community liaisons, and customer support specialists. We’re also backed by larger broker partners, which lets us contract with all major insurance carriers — so you get the personal, community-anchored relationship of a small team with the carrier access of a much bigger one.
